The perfect combination
The EMC Silicon Cup spans two days during the middle
of September, leading up to the weekend proving participants
with the option of taking additional time to explore the
delightful waterside town of Cowes (the sailing capital
of the UK) and its surrounding area.
All activities take place from Cowes Yacht Haven, a purpose built sailing event facility, which is in close proximity to the town and all amenities, including the high-speed ferry service to Southampton.
Thursday 13th September 2012 - provisional agenda
1000 - The EMC Silicon Cup Registration desk opens in Cowes. ALL teams to register!
 1130 - Skippers briefing
1200 - Registration closes
1300 - Race 1 Starts, followed by subsequent races
1700 - Boats return to Cowes Yacht Haven after day's racing
Leisure time to get ready for evening party

Afternoon Tea in the Event Centre
1800 -
Pre dinner drinks in the bar

- Welcome & Gala Dinner
2015 - Dinner is served
2130 - Day's prize giving followed by various fundraising activities
2200 - 0130 - Post Dinner entertainment and dancing

0700 - Breakfast is served (Cowes Yacht Haven Events Centre)

- Racing starts, followed by subsequent races
1600 - Boats return to Cowes Yacht Haven after day's racing
